Bento Cafe in Hainesville

I eat in this spot a lot since I work in the area. I must say the service is always fantastic and they keep the place well kept constantly. Pricing is convenient and they serve big portions.

Walked in, spur of the moment. Just asked for the chef to whip something uo. So very good!

Ordered the sushi and miso soup, everything was delicious!

Definitely a spot worth stopping by, the food is great and fresh, the cost is affordable and it is constantly well kept here. Highly recommended.

Calamari was like rubberbands. I would not recommend it at all. I wasn't very impressed dinning in. We've picked up food before and it was good. Bulgogi ramen soup is very good.

They are popular and delicious but small so we had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. The food was prepared well and the serving size is large so everyone was filled up. The service was a little slow, but it was steady. Once the dinner rush was over, service and food delivery picked up quickly. The gyoza was about perfect and the rolls had really good flavor. Each meal was served with miso soup so we felt like we had a full meal.

Last time we went there it was fairly expensive for sushi that wasn’t much better than our local Asian buffet in round lake.I used to go here a lot but started going to Kawa instead since the quality was better for cheaper price. I’d try it again, but I took someone there for a special occasion and it left a bad taste in both of our mouths.

It's good, come. I haven't been here in a while, but everytime I go I highly enjoy the food. Don't be scared to try something different and keep exploring. Their teas are good too. It's a little small, but that makes it cozy. The prices are fair.

I didn't think rice could be better, I thought all rice was the same... I was wrong. The shrimp tempura bento was delicious, the batter was incredibly light yet very crispy. I would definitely recommend this if you are a fan of tempura, or shrimp.

Family run sushi. Might I suggest offering wine as an option. Good food. I like sashimi.

Been our go to sushi place for years now. Always fresh and tasty. Everything is made in house and always fresh. Staff are amazing. Seats are limited but they offer carry out. If your looking for a new sushi place this place is a must!

I have driven passed this place so many times. Thankful I stopped for dinner moments ago. Everything from the decor to the music was pleasing. Food was spectacular & was complimented by excellent service. Lexi is awesome at multitasking and should be commended. Best sushi in the area!

Bento cafe is beautifully decorated, and the staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. The prices are fair, and the portions fill you up. They have a great selection of classic rolls, chefs specialty rolls, and tempura deep fried rolls. We ordered a Spicy Kyle, Dragon, Crunch Shrimp, and a Spicy Salmon roll. We had received a plain salmon roll, but it was still delicious to the point where I didn't complain or try to get a different roll and contribute to food waste. I would come back again and again for the Dragon and Spicy Kyle. If you're looking for something close to home, small, and with an incredibly friendly staff come to Bento Cafe.

Great selections great sushi

One of the best sushi restaurants around the area. Quality of fish is excellent. Customer service is outstanding and the restaurant is clean.

They offer a nice range of fresh food. I love eating here. Employees are always kind, pricing is affordable and the spot is always well organised.

Food was great service SUCKED! Seriously the service was horrible but the food was great!!

Started with the Tempura appetizer, it was delicious, light and crispy. Main courses were Spicy Chicken Bowl and Spicy Bulgolgi Ramen with extra noodles. Both were excellent. Just the right amount of heat and both had a little "sweet" element to offset the spice. Finished up with Green Tea Mochi and Tempura Fried Ice Cream. They were a perfect "cool down" after a spicy meal. Our server was very polite and offered suggestions as well as helpful details on several dishes that enabled us to make our selections. The restuarant was clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely be back for more.

Great food and preparations are grand. The unfortunate experience is carry out. If you want to enjoy the food, eat in. The carry out portions are incomparable to that of eating in. The lack of attention to detail to the carry out food (i.e. preparation, sauces, etc) is a disappointment. Overall, carry out food from this place is a waste. Preferable to dine in instead.

Been looking so long for a local, respectively priced, as well as quality sushi spot. I'm happy to say I found this Bento Cafe. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed. I went to buy my usual rolls and was shocked at the price. Then I realized they charged me for different types of rolls and I went to get the correct order. They informed me that they had raised their prices 3 years ago and now a bunch of rolls all cost the same. It made no sense. She clearly didn’t want to charge me back the money onto my credit card. The Menue online still calls for the same old price and after 3 years you would think they have it updated. Sad to realize I will never go back.

Excellent sushi. 4 stars vs. 5 just because they didn't bring all our food out simultaneously... I was waiting a few minutes for mine while the rest of our party we're eating. Food was very good though. I loved the jalapeno bomb appetiser, the king roll is my favorite but everything we had was good. Place doesn't seem very crowded by the parking lot is slightly difficult to deal with.

It's not REAL Japanese sushi, or sashimi at all.Wrong cooking method...Although staff was very nice. So 2.5☆ for me.

I did not expect the flavorful feast! The salmon teriyaki bento is outstanding and the dragon roll on the pictures is very good.
